The Bonfire

 I've seen lots of skydivers, from people with 1 tandem to thousands of jumps as an instructional rating holder, give advice.  Choose wisely whose advice you heed, and be very wary of opinions found on the internet and social media.  
It's always best to ask questions of your local instructors, coaches, and staff.  They know you, your situation, and what flies at your DZ better than anyone on the interwebs.  Blue Skies!
